Hi everyone...Im about 5 weeks in, so still new. Wanted to say hello.

Hi folks. Just completed my first HIIT class tonight. Wow! it wrecked me. I have so much respect for those that are in shape after that class. I struggled at times but pushed through it. It's easier to do with coaching and others in the class, its motivating. Going to do two sessions per week now in addition to my other stuff. I was very happy to learn today that my Body fat % dropped in last three weeks by 3%! so what I am doing is working....So excited to share this. My goal is to get to 15%. I can wait for the day when I walk into a store and shop for new clothes! Getting leaner is so empowering....

    Great goals. Keep going with the Hiit classes, motivating me to start myself.
