Motivation/Accountability -- When Nobody's Looking

Hey guys -- What kind of face to face accountability resources have you found to work for you? It seems like there are loads of face to face resources for women. I know that Weight Watchers and TOPS are not specifically for women, but that is the larger part of their market share. I tried WW, and I dropped some pounds, but at the meetings, I kept hear very female oriented tips. Then they would follow up with "sorry for the 1 guy in here..." I had no hard feelings, but I didn't want keep going back.
Maybe I am supposed to be more disciplined, but I aint. I would like to find a service or group where I can check in with my weight and be held accountable if I fail to check in. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
When I searched for Men's Diet Club this was the top hit. Funny, but not what I had in mind.
