im glad for mfp because

I felt like I my wt loss had just stopped. but looking back at the tracking tool, I see I am still losing around 4 lbs a month. I had always thought 1 lb a week would be a good rate for wt loss, and low and behold, that's what Im doing! The graph keeps it real.

    Absolutely!

    I've recently felt stuck at 98lbs for what seems like forever. But when I look at the graph I see I've actually lost just over 1lb in less than a week. Compare that with my naughty snacks all week and I'm doing well actually!

    Its wonderful to have figures to look up when you get a little jaded about it.
