I'm so frustrated right now... I have been trying to keep my net calories under 1264...3/4 of the time I do. I have increased my proteins and reduced my carbs( but still cant manage to get it under the mark). I was so excited that I finally lost 6 lbs. and i found out Ive gained 1 back. I dropped my goal calories to 1000 hoping that will push it back the other way...I know that I shouldn't stress just one pound... but I have been trying to lose weight for years nd it feels like I'm going to get no where. I'm just afraid it'll be one step forward two backwards like it has been for years....

You probably did not gain a pound of fat. You probably have : more digestive contents in progress through your body, ate more salt so are retaining more fluid, have stressed your body out with low calories or life leading to water retention, not slept well leading to more fluid retention, exercised and are sore leading to... water retention.
I'm at my goal weight. I weigh 129 lbs. I went out to eat tonight. I weighed when I got home. Scale says 132. I gained 3 pounds. Because there are three pounds of food and unsweetened tea in my belly.
(Don't do 1000 calories. That's unsafe for any extended time)4 -
When it comes to calorie budgeting, there is such a thing as trying too hard.
Are you diabetic or doing keto? If not there isn’t a lot of reasons to limit carbs.
How much do you need to lose?
How tall are you? How active are you?
These stats are what will help find a reasonable number of calories for you.
Once you have determined that? You can learn to do what actually works.
Slow and steady. Look for the trend line and not the daily ups and downs.

Limit your calories - but not starve.
Use these calculators to find a good, healthy number to aim for.
