Hello everyone I'm new here. My name is Christy I weigh 209 and my goal is to get down to 150. I was at 170 before covid hit and then I had back surgery while I was off for that. I put the weight I had lost starting from 234. I'm just starting back over because I'm not as energetic again and the health issues I have being over weight make me depressed. Looking for some motivation to get back on track. Thanks in advance.
