Hi everyone. I am 42 and married with no kids. I lost 70lbs in 2008 and put about 20 of it back on. I am having a hard time getting back on track. I don't have anyone to work out with so I am struggling. I used to work out at Curves with a friend, but she stopped going. I can only workout with my husband periodically because we work different shifts. I am so bummed because i did so well, but I can't seem to get back in that mode! UGH... I am hoping something will click soon... thanks for listening.

It's always hard when you lose an exercise buddy. I've been there before. That's why this time I found something I could do completely on my own, so I won't depend on somebody else. It's working so far. Just keep trying new stuff until you find something that you like. I do the walk away the pounds videos at home. Nobody but me and the TV. lol
