finally happened to me....*sigh

yep....it finally happened to me....after several months on consistent weight loss I have slowed WAAAAAY down to the tune of 3 lbs this whole month of August. yeah, I know....be happy with a pound a week :) and as long as my "progress line" keeps going in the downward direction I am grateful but it does make you reconsider if it's time for changes to your diet & exercise routine. The problem is reading the board on "plateaus" and "little weight loss"...man, Oh man....you read to change up your exercise routine, to "up" your calories, and that it's a "numbers" game and if you burn more than you eat you WILL lose weight making plateaus not really possible if you log your food and exercise properly/accurately. It can all get overwhelming.
