Calories

Hi so am I correct here please. At end of week I count the net calories then yes as long as I'm not over the net calories for the week that is good yes. Or is it Total calories or do I count the calories day by day if I go over a day or 2 is that bad

    Weekly is fine. It's not necessarily "bad" as you put it, if you go over your calories goals. If for example you set your goal to lose 1 pound a week, and you go say 500 or 1,000 over the total weekly calories amount suggested (which remember, is just an estimate for you) you should still be losing weight and that's a win.

    You also may have more available calories to take in if you are working out frequently and you've told MFP you're sedentary.

    Count and log your calories every day and during the day as possible. And, don't summarize weekly, daily or monthly. Just try to hit your goal every day. Start every day anew without carry over or deficit from the day week or month before.
