Hi Friends! I am Puran and would love to know your opinions on my fat loss progression.
I lift fairly heavy and have recently started taking up running for improving fat loss, improving cardiovascular fitness, etc. My body has transformed but the fat refuses to budge or maybe the numbers on the scale do not change 1 bit.
I am an avid fitness enthusiast and love to make friends with like minded people. So please comment on my approach, share your diet and low calorie recipes (veg of course)

you can not out-exercise a bad diet (or an excess of calories)
If you are not losing weight, you are either eating your maintenance calories (you are maintaining your current weight) or excess calories (gaining weight)
Have you set up your profile in MFP and weighing (on a food scale) and logging your food accurately? If not, do that. If you have been, read these threads to make sure you are doing it correctly.

Thanks buddy! Its been some days I haven't been to gym. It seems I had lost the motivation.
I am intending to go back today due to my arm muscles twitchijg. This might be due to anxiety but goes away after workout.0
