hi i've been on keto for awhile now and i've started to excercise more step aerobics 2x a week and walking for about an hour 4 to 5x a week... feeling good
...also my question is my food calulators are telling me to eat more and if i'm hungry should i also eat more my weight doesn't seem have moved in almost 4 weeks now and i'm wondering its because i'm excercising more and eating more. am i doing the eating wrong with more excercising ???

Starting to exercise or increasing your exercise frequency can cause water retention in the muscles, which can mask fat loss on the scale.
Undereating can also cause water retention from the stress on the body.
If you give more info on how much how have been eating and how much weight you've lost, we might be able to help you in more detail.0 -
Yeah, it's still about calories in versus calories expended for weight loss, even on Keto.
Are you logging food and eating more on exercise days?
