I eat 1800 calories workout 5 times a week.
Do I have to eat more calories on the weekends and burn more?
Keep doing what I'm doing ?

Your weight is determined by your overall calorie deficit/surplus over a longer period of time. Whether or not you differentiate between weekends and weekdays is simply a matter of preference.
Some people bank calories during the week (eat a bit less than their goal during the week) because they plan to eat more calories on the weekends (restaurant for example).
Others might exercise more on the weekends, simply because they have more time for it.
It really depends on your circumstances and your preferences.2 -

Edited because I was being mean, sorry. I just see the same poster asking the same questions over and over and over again and seemingly not listening to any of the good and helpful answers given. I'm out for all your posts. Good luck.3
