Back to shift 20 pound and looking for support to help me get there

I have been a member from around 2013 and been in and out of MFP keeping track of things when I slipped. This place helped my on my original goals and then shift two pregnancies weight back to a baseline.
Since then (2017 ) I0 have been under jojo effect and reached peaks in my weight about 3 times a year and then shifted it right back and so on.
I am very active ( swimming/running/walking and weight training) the issue is tiredness and binge eating or late evening eating.
I would love to have some friends that would sort of help with watching over and get inspired by.
I have 151 pounds and would love to take it down to 130 and help for once to drop the binge eating habit.

Hi Martina i can relate to the jojo dieting
i'd like to support you
and inspire each others, honestly fasting helps me with binge eating i either fast islamic fasting or intermittent fasting especially on hot summer days
