Hi there,
Any advice in regards to reducing my body fat percentage, as I am 62kg with tall of 159CM, body fat percent is 38%
So how I can manage my food macro in between carbs protein and fat?
Regards, M

The default settings on this site are 50C 30F 20P
That's a reasonable split.
Some people like 40 40 20 or 40 30 30. I found my sweet spot for weight loss was about 40C 40F 20P. I rarely hit the numbers anyway. It's really just about getting enough protein, fat, and staying in calories.
Just try it out at the default.3 -
Macros only help with weight loss indirectly. People are satiated at different amounts, so start with the default and find what works for you so that you can manage a calorie deficit without the weight loss process being to unpleasant.2

Focus on cutting your carbs, especially sugars. 30% is a good protein goal. I aim for 40C 30F 30P, with particular focus on the protein. You want to be higher than the average persons recommended amount since you'll be in calorie deficit, and it will help you feel full.1
