Strategies....

I am just beginning my fitness journey; Have a lot of weight to lose, and would like to know from all of you who have had success some of the things that worked for you. My plan as of now is:

30 minutes of cardio - various, 6 times per day.
Strength Training - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Abs, Legs and Butt
Tuesday and Thursday - Abs, shoulders and arms

I am drinking plenty of water, doing a good job watching the calories and such. My problems is that I am so out of shape, I get tired easily. Yesterday I was barely able to do my cardio routine.

I just need some workout tips, and maybe some of the plans that worked for you. Thanks soooooo much for the help. :):smile:

    Having at least one rest day would not be a bad thing - the body does need to recover. I'm no expert but that looks quite adventurous for a beginner. Good luck though I wish you all the best!!!

    Sounds like you're on your way. You will build endurance and will be able to go a little longer the next time and the next time. Consistency and Hard work pay off!
