Hi 👋 I’m Amber. I’m 40 years young, lol and just started an HIIT program 17 days ago. I’ve been doing well with the workouts, but was having trouble tracking my macros so I got this app yesterday. I’m doing carb cycling so my macros change almost daily. Just hoping I can get it all figured out. I feel like my biggest challenge is I’m apparently not eating enough. I weighed 161.8 when I started and I’m down to 153. I’m 5’2” so I’m overweight. Focusing on building muscle and burning fat.
