I've tried to lose weight before, but it never worked. I would exercise a lot but then overeat after because of how hungry i felt (plus I usually eat almost exclusively carbs). I hope tracking what i eat can help

The struggle is real.
But there are TONS of tips here.
It is usually a long slog. But you CAN do this.
My main and most important tip is: DON’T GIVE UP
If you don’t mind, may I ask: What are your stats? What are your goals?
We can start there. And if it’s 20 pounds or 400, I can promise you, there is someone here who has gone through whatever you’re going through. You are not alone.1 -

thanks :-) I'm at 58.1 kg and i want to get to 45 kg or so- I actually have a really small frame (like with my bones and stuff) and i'm super short, so 45 isn't too much of a stretch for me personally, it's just that i can tell it'll take forever lmao2 -

Don’t focus on how long it will take.
The truth is, when you hit goal it is very likely you will need to continue to mind your calorie budget after too. Because you probably don’t want to gain it all back.
It’s oK. It’s easy enough to get used to.0
