GoogleFit not syncing?

My GoogleFit says it is linked to MFP. MFP says it is linked to GoogleFit. Yet nothing syncs? I see no settings, other than linking them. I have 2 days of walking - my watch told GoogleFit, but GoogleFit is not telling MFP... Am I missing some step?
