Looking for a buddy to do C25K with and start building healthy habits

Hi all! I'm 34F and after a year of job stress and sliding backwards on a bunch of good habits I was slowly working on, I'm trying to find the willpower to get back on track. I'm working on losing weight and putting devices away earlier, but would like to buddy up with someone to increase physical and mental activities.

I'm looking for 1 - 2 people (close-ish in age) to work through the C25K program and to pick one thing they'd like to start building up. For me this will be to start practicing music a little and gradually increasing it over time.

My end goal over the next 6-12 months is to be able to run 10km and be practicing daily, then maybe look at starting other habits!

Preference is for daily check-ins through messages or maybe creating a small group (I'm GMT +8) - let me know if this sounds up your alley :)
