Just needing a tiny push!

I am just needing a pick me up to start going back to the gym and eating right. I fell off hard, went back to stress eating and working all day on a computer. Any tips or new friends that could help me hop back into the swing of things!

Your body loves you and will always be ready to make good choices. It’s not too late ever like our minds try to tell us. I’m saying this for myself too!0

You look young, at least compared to me (I'm 65). Take a look around at women 20-30 or more years older than you. Which ones have more enjoyable lives? Which have more health problems?
Any of us is choosing her future based on what we do now . . . even older folks like me. Someone in their 20s-30s now is making choices that will make the next several decades more positive, or more negative. I'd argue for considering one's future self's happiness, when making current choices . . . at least it's a powerful motivator for me.
Over the last few years, I've found that there are choices I can make now that give me a happy, healthy current life (not deprived, miserable - instead, happy, satisfied, having fun) and also create better conditions for future Ann to be happy. Why wouldn't I choose those things?2 -

“You always pass failure on the way
to success.” Mickey Rooney
I’ve learned to fail and be ok with it. However when I fail I don’t beat myself up about it. I get up and move forward. Never look back or you’ll forever be stuck.
I’ve list 125 lbs since 2018, and it’s been a struggle but I continue to move forward. Don’t be upset at yourself when you fall down, this wasn’t meant to be easy otherwise we’d feel no pride when we do achieve it!
Just remember to love you for you, remember the goal and why you set the goal, and ultimately make sure your selfish with the goal (only do this for you)! Pick yourself up and try again, and again, and again…2 -
