Tired of the motivation yo-yo

Hi everyone, I'm new here (again). Been on and off for a few years and keep falling off the wagon so I'm starting fresh with a new outlook and new goals. Will be 42 in January and with every passing year it gets harder to lose weight.

I have run in the past and am wanting to get my endurance back up to complete a 5k with minimal walking or none at all....but one day at a time. Also exploring other options such as HOTWORX, yoga, and pilates to increase strength and flexibility.

Looking for motivation and accountability friends, no matter how many pounds you want to lose. Current overall weight loss goal is 40lbs but breaking the goal up into small more attainable numbers at a time so it doesn't get discouraging.

  • I’m almost in the same exact boat, if you wanna be friends. Starting over and grateful for a body that will, at least, allow me that!
