I'm fairly new to this app. How do you go about adding exercises that your physical therapist wants you too do on a regular basis?

There's an Exercise tab in the diary. There are two different kinds of exercise you can log, Strength and Cardio. For PT, you would probably want to use the Strength log. Find whatever exercise your therapist wants you to do, record how many sets of how many repetitions you do, and how much resistance you used, if any. The box for that is marked Weight, and they're expecting a weight in pounds or kg, but if you're using something like a resistance band where it's more relative, you could put "1" for the lightest resistance band and "5" or whatever for the heaviest (depending on how many you have), just so you remember what you used last time. There's also a box where you can make notes.0
