I'm not new, but I'm back! Down 6lbs since Sunday, got 82 to lose, lets gooooooo

Hey everyone! So, I've been on this app since I was in college and I graduated in 2014 butttt I'm back and more determined than ever.

I did the military the last 3 days with the purpose of shifting myself into wanting smaller portions and going turkey on fried foods as cold turkey seems to be the best method for me.

I plan to do the military diet once a week and eat a bit more the other days but still healthy.

I'm currently 262 and my goal is 180 however i've made smaller goals of 10 pound increments to get me through. My next increment is 258. My goal also is to be able to come off of these blood pressure meds as i'm 28 and believe that I can do this.
