    October goal: at least 120 minutes mixed planks, 120 minutes of other isometric exercises and 1000 squats, some of them weighted squats (WS)

    Update, mid Oct: 100 min planks and 75 min other seem doable now. 🀞
    10/2: 2:00 planks during Pollard's tabata. The 2:00 wall sits were looong!

    10/4: 5:00 planks or more, cause this Day's Epic Heat had more pushups that I can bare :smiley:

    10/5: 3:00 planks (renegate rows, 10kg x 2 DB) + 3:00 wall sit (hard, gotta get back to it!)

    10/7: 5:00 planks or more during Epic Heat
    10/8: 2:00 planks or less during Epic Heat :smile:
    10/9: 5:00 planks, my own mix + 4:00 wallsit

    10/10: 5:00 of planks, own mix + a 10:00 leg isometrics workout with Caroline Girvain

    10/11: 6:30 plank variations in HIIT with HasFit

    10/12: 2:30 planks during upper body Epic Heat. May get some wall sits in l8r on.

    10/13: totally cool, today's Epic was Iso&Plyo. So I got 11:00 of Isometrics, all lower body! πŸ‘

    Got in additionally an advanced 4:00 plank workout with Bowflex and 20 pushups (last 3, as usual, a struggle!)

    10/14: during workout: 3:00 planks + 1:30 legs and 12-10-6-dunno how many more-pushups. In the evening: 3:00 planks + 2:30 wallsit

    10/16: 7:00 plank variations during my Epic Heat workout and 4:00 wall sits

    Either I am out of shape or have not had a proper form when I wall sat for 6 mins before, because those 4 min today seemed neverending.

    Total so far:
    Planks: 53:00
    Leg Isoms: 38:00

    There are no set challenges - this is a mixed-ability / mixed-experience / everyone welcome group.

    Just pick the target that you would like to achieve this month and post updates throughout the month as you work toward your target.

    If you are new to planking it is a good idea to start with as little as 10 or 15 seconds and build up over time.
