10/4: 5:00 planks or more, cause this Day's Epic Heat had more pushups that I can bare
10/5: 3:00 planks (renegate rows, 10kg x 2 DB) + 3:00 wall sit (hard, gotta get back to it!)
10/7: 5:00 planks or more during Epic Heat
10/8: 2:00 planks or less during Epic Heat
10/9: 5:00 planks, my own mix + 4:00 wallsit
10/10: 5:00 of planks, own mix + a 10:00 leg isometrics workout with Caroline Girvain

10/13: totally cool, today's Epic was Iso&Plyo. So I got 11:00 of Isometrics, all lower body! 👍
Got in additionally an advanced 4:00 plank workout with Bowflex and 20 pushups (last 3, as usual, a struggle!)
10/14: during workout: 3:00 planks + 1:30 legs and 12-10-6-dunno how many more-pushups. In the evening: 3:00 planks + 2:30 wallsit
10/16: 7:00 plank variations during my Epic Heat workout and 4:00 wall sits
10/17: 5:00 planks, free style (started out with Caroline Girvain, but she just held a normal plank for 5 mins. 1:30 min in, I started rocking, lifting legs, turning to the side... ✌)
10/18: 2:00 planks in the morning, because I can only do that many pushups 🤷♀️ 😉
Then Caroline's 10 min legs isometrics in the evening 😁🍀🙂
10/19: don't remember, but there was at least 1:00 sumo + hip thurst holds during Epic
10/20: at least 7:00 planks during Epic for upper body + 3:00 long mins of wall sit
10/21: 5:00 Soh's planking challenge + 3:00 wall sits, barely!
10/22: 5:00 or more of planking during a tabata workout (not counting the breaks!) and 4:30 wall sit, terribly hard!!
10/23: tried 2 planks workouts 2:30+3:00, after a 5:00 wall sit (by 4:15 I thought my legs will give in and I'll drop on the floor!)

Got in additionally an advanced 4:00 plank workout with Bowflex and 20 pushups (last 3, as usual, a struggle!)
10/14: during workout: 3:00 planks + 1:30 legs and 12-10-6-dunno how many more-pushups. In the evening: 3:00 planks + 2:30 wallsit
10/16: 7:00 plank variations during my Epic Heat workout and 4:00 wall sits
10/17: 5:00 planks, free style (started out with Caroline Girvain, but she just held a normal plank for 5 mins. 1:30 min in, I started rocking, lifting legs, turning to the side... ✌)
10/18: 2:00 planks in the morning, because I can only do that many pushups 🤷♀️ 😉
Then Caroline's 10 min legs isometrics in the evening 😁🍀🙂
10/19: don't remember, but there was at least 1:00 sumo + hip thurst holds during Epic
10/20: at least 7:00 planks during Epic for upper body + 3:00 long mins of wall sit
10/21: 5:00 Soh's planking challenge + 3:00 wall sits, barely!
10/22: 5:00 or more of planking during a tabata workout (not counting the breaks!) and 4:30 wall sit, terribly hard!!
10/23: tried 2 planks workouts 2:30+3:00, after a 5:00 wall sit (by 4:15 I thought my legs will give in and I'll drop on the floor!)
10/24: 5:00 wall sit, yeah!
10/25: 5:00 planks
10/26: 4:30 wall sit, 5:00 planks (3:00 during workout, 2:00 later on, own combo)
10/27: I think(!) 3:00 wall sit + 4:00 planks
10/28: 3:00 legs (2×45s wall sit and 2x45s glute bridge with 10kg DB) + 5:00 Soh's older plank workout
