Apparently the exercise bug has bitten and I can't shake it...my problem is I am trying to let a shin splint heal before I get back into my running routine and my Ripped in 30 routine.
My question is - what can I do for cardio while I am trying to heal?? Any suggestions?
I don't have a pool unfortunately
Or are there any programs with cardio/strength that I can do at home for upper body only?
Thanks :-)

BURPEES!!!
They shouldn't stress a shin splint much.0 -
Bike? I'd suggest seeing about getting access to an elliptical, too. If you can stand without much pain, I know this sounds a bit silly, but just punching the air (with force, really tensing your muscles) in different ways, jabs, hooks, uppercuts, etc., can get your HR up there and be a decent workout. You can also Google "seated workouts" and find quite a bit. Maybe some more intense yoga or Pilates as well.0

Yes! Thank you guys. I did alittle research and found some low impact stuff I am going to combine and try out tonight. Thanks :-))0
