    My weight loss hasn't been consistent at all.
    Because I'm not consistent- it's been a long slow journey where life has happened along the way.
    I started at 232 lbs and I'm now 188lbs a year later - I can't do maths right now it's too early 🤣
    So I'm not sure how it averages out weekly.
    I'm pleased with my progress and I've learned so much along the way.

    Hey, can I ask how tall you are? Im just doing a sneaky compare...I am also 230 lbs an im 5ft 2...I feel as though, if I was a bit taller this would be easier?? Just pipe dreams maybe hahah

    20 lbs in 9 weeks so far. 169 lbs to 149 lbs. I'm 5' 3". 1200 calories / day. I walk for exercise, if you can call it exercise. It's really just my job and a dog walk some nights.

    I'm 5ft 7 - but I don't think weight loss has anything to do with height - though I can't help but think if I was over 6ft at 185lbs I'd be the perfect weight now 🤣
    I still have another 31lbs to lose to my first goal of 154lbs.
