Foods high in protein.

I am new to myfitnespal. Over the last 14 days, I have been entering my daily intake on the entry food dairy. I have been able to stay within my calories every day. I have not been hungry and have felt quite satisfied with my meals. The one difficulty I am haiving is adding foods daily that are high in protein but low in fats. On an average day I am only getting about 1/2 of the protein required on my diet. So any ideas or suggestions that have worked would be greatly appreciated. E

I make salad dressings and simmering sauces with silken tofu instead of mayo m, yogurt or sour cream. Less fat and calories, and lots more protein.

Hummus and pureed beans (red, kidney, navy or white) also make great salad dressing bases and sandwich spreads.
