Help

So i was on a good streak of loaing weight til i had tooth pain and had it roved havent been back to gym since and gave up. Anyone got any tips

I wanna get back to it im hating self hating body and cant stand being told i look good when i know i dont. And makes it worse when my fience doesnt hardly touch me.... so can i get some help

    What got you motivated last time?

    You don't need to go to a gym to lose weight, focussing on reducing the calories you eat is enough. Or get outside for a walk in the fresh air for exercise, or do something else you enjoy. It doesn't have to be a slog!

    You know you know how to lose weight, but maybe first you could try giving yourself some grace.

    You just went through a painful and stressful time, and you need some time to feel better both physically and mentally.

    Now is not the time to beat yourself up, use the word "hate" about yourself or your body, and dismiss others for saying what you don't see in yourself.
