Trying to get in shape and lose weight

I have been living a pretty sedentary lifestyle and also eating too much but I'm trying to buckle down and get in shape!

    Same! I have a desk job from 8-5 and then I would go home and cook/eat dinner and then veg in front of the TV usually with snacks involved.

    My new routine is to workout before work, move more at work and workout after dinner. My husband bought a weight bench and weights for himself and I got a treadmill as I enjoy walking/running but do not enjoy rain or cold weather.

    Hey! Welcome. You can do this. Just take things one step at a time. What are you doing exercise and food-wise?
