Hi everyone.. Me: 56 years young, went from stocky athletic to an Unhealthy 275 pounds of Life dying daily. My inner self and outer self are totally opposite. I look like a couch potato slob who enjoys eating all day watching TV reruns and calling it a life but you see that would ncco8prhpprm.jpg
ALL be total BS.. I love life, love to get outside and Go Go Go. I have played organized sports until the age of 32 and coached Varsity Football and Baseball for many many years but along the way my life truly became about everyone else and their development to be be great in varsity sports, weight training, cardio. My spouse and I have made decisions to get our health back; to get our stamina back; to start living life to the fullest with travels around the world, riding our Harley on fun outings and trips as looking into some Hiking as we are currently working and living in South Korea where there are lots of beautiful mountains and hiking trails to explore. I hope to find others to share our fitness journeys with as well as inspire each other, teach each other ( new recipes, exercises, cardio tips etc) I haven't run/jogged or jumped rope in many years and one day hope too without the pain of pounding joints and bones.. I started slow in the gym about a month ago only able to complete about 10 minutes of cardio but I am up to 70 minutes of cardio on the Elliptical machine 4 times a week. My goal is to get down to 215 pounds by the January 25th so that's 60 pounds to lose. My diet Goals are 1560 calories a day with watching my macros (food scale ordered). Sorry so long and i will keep the next entry smaller...LOL!! maybe-- i do tend to be fired up after going to the gym.. I got back about an hour ago--70 minutes on Elliptical for cardio and strength training, leg extensions, biceps, triceps, chest today. see you guys on the board i hope as we post some pics of our successes.
