small NSV...autoimmune relief

I have Rheumatoid Disease...a very painful autoimmune disease which attacks joints, lungs, connective tissues, eyes...well, just about everywhere.

I generally take two large doses of naproxen a day to ease the pain. Not good for your stomach lining.

I'm happy to say, over the last two weeks, I've only had to take one dose. Just one, not one a day. Just one dose after my hands ached and swelled from an 18 hole round of golf. I'm not painfree, yet. But, it's manageable. I have a long way to goal and a lifetime of healthy living ahead but am feeling blessed with the results of only a 25 lb loss.

Keep up the good work!! I have the same thing, I may be a little more advanced in pain medication. I take a shot twice a month, but I must admit losing the weight has helped a lot in my pain mangement. I lost 58 lbs so far. It gets easier.
