The challenge is
1) Drink 1 gallon of water a day
2) 30-45 minute work out every day*with 2 active rest days incoperated throughout the week
3) Follow some type of healthy meal plan & only drink on social occasions
4) Read 10 pages of any book
5) Take a progress picture
