Hello, been on here once before, but not for very long. Since it now syncs much better with my Garmin devices, I’m back.
I used Lose it, off/on for years. My main passions are: weight training and mountain biking; though, ZERO mountains in Texas 🙃. I had a pretty nasty powerlifting injury a few years back, detaching my bicep. It required surgery and a year of rehab.
I’m back at it (hopefully/prayerfully), -and motivated to get as healthy and fit as possible. I’m not looking to bulk up, like I did in my younger days. I just always feel better when I take care of every aspect of my life…physically, mentally and spiritually.
