Do you struggle with completing month long challenges? Have you started a dozen challenges but still have a ways to go? Are you ready for change one day at a time? Do you need a fresh start?
Not every day is the same and our goals don’t need to be either. Let’s make thoughtful achievable daily water/diet/exercise goals that fit our individual lives.
If you don’t achieve your goal, just repeat the round. Make new goals for the repeated round if you wish. 💫
Rounds do not need to be consecutive; skip a day if you wish. ⭐️

2. Weigh in. ⚖️
3. Achieve goal. 🎯
4. Log back in to record goal achievement(s) and list one positive thing about your body. Round 1 completed.📝
