Randomised chatter

So if anyone here is wanting to do random talk, I am all ears. Feel free to add me if you like, I di not mind. I have been using this site for quite some time but over time it has come to my attention of just how much people do not really comment on my posts or even like my post, so here I am throwing myself at your mercy 😅 this may come off to be quite funny or irritating how I have said that "throwing myself at your mercy" but I do not mind how it seems.

Just know I am up for random talks so if you like a random person, then by all means join in with this.

My goal has been to maintain a healthy weight and to tone up as best as possible. I want a bit of definition, it's been a bother for years how my underarms are not firm and same with the stomach, waist and legs. I have had a bit of flab there where I do not feel any firmness and it's come to the point now where i am nearly in my thirties so I want to do something about it.

It has been a good seven months since I began going to a gym, however, I do not know if I am going wrong with the workout I do there.

If anybody has any ideas, feel free to drop them down as to what gym equipment I could use to target the areas I have mentioned.

Other than that, I hope everyone is having a good week and that their goals are coming along well.

Swimming and yoga will help total body tone up.

    Randomness is the best!!
I also have flab in the same areas, but legs are the ones that bother me the most. I personally enjoy using dumbbells or cable machines when I go to the gym which is far and few in between to really notice a diff. I also do yoga and bodyweight exercises between my gym visits to keep the blood flowing haha. I feel like yoga really helps with abs/core.

I could go into stretches but swimming would not be possible.

I may look into the stretching/yoga, thank you.
