You might think from the photos that the Covid vax is a great weight-loss drug!

Here I am getting my first dose on February 4, 2021.
Here I am 90 pounds and eight months later, my booster dose, October 4, 2021.
I did this thanks to MFP logging (263 day streak!) and faithful exercising (walked first, now the bike). Am currently trying to make a gradual transition to losing my last 20 lbs and maintenance. For me, the hard part is the long haul. But these photos will help me remember why it was so important to do this.

A great way of marking progress - well done!3

Yeah, I qualified for early vaccination because I was obese.
...I'm in the middle of healthy BMI now. WILD.
Congrats on a job well done!9 -
Stay safe, stay healthy, stay on the path of a healthy lifestyle. Thank you for taking care of yourself and others with the vaccination!11

nicely done!3

Big congrats on losing so much.
However, I don't agree with implying the vaccine does things to the body that it doesn't. There is already enough misinformation and baseless fear out there about side effects. I'm sure that's not your intent here, but still.5 -
Wow, great progress and done in a fairly short (but reasonable) amount of time. Good for you!1

I thought from "you might think" it was pretty obvious I was joking, but in case anybody took it seriously, I WAS JOKING AND THE VACCINE DOES NOT PROMOTE WEIGHT LOSS.12 -
I'm lucky, the main thing the pandemic did was to keep me at home and give me an excuse to overeat. Wish I hadn't done so much of it! But that is the past. So I am very happy to finally be getting rid of these Pandemic Pounds.3
