Hi there

Hello fitness pals,
Well, we all know why I'm here :)
I've done calorie counting in the past and lost 30kg. This allowed me to become very active (cycling) but after a cycling accident I gained 20 odd kgs again after several months of forced inactivity. I haven't managed to get rid of this excess despite being pretty active. Now, I also know why this is the case: snacks (cookies, sweets, crips, and what not.
I tend to underestimate the calories in that 'stuff'.
I need to get my healthy habits back.
We'll see how it goes this time.
Happy fitness to all.

Welcome. I have plenty of first hand experience with cycling injuries. But its actually the stay at home teleworking since covid that got me -_-

Raiding the pantry while a home get's to you

I hope your injury healed without lasting consequences and you can cycle again.

Broke my pelvis, it still hurts but I can totally live with it. Both my knees are thoroughly messed up. But none of that stops me from moving. Cycling & walking is what make happy.

    Anyways, thanks for your msg!
