Lost 10 pounds, another 20 to go

As of today I have lost ten pounds. Wahoo! But, I still don't fit into most of my pre-pandemic clothes. I need to keep my motivation as I head into the cold/wet/dark season. I have loved taking bike rides but I think I am going to have to find some sort of indoor exercise to make it through to spring. Or, embrace walks in the rain! Just posting to share my little victory and put my intentions out into the ether!

Congratulations, keep up the good work. Walks in the rain might be nice but cold, how about indoor exercise to wonderful videos with nice background scenery. Keep up the great work, you got this.0
