I’ve hit a plateau and can’t find a way to kickstart my metabolism. Suggestions?

There's no such thing as kick-starting your metabolism.
Stalls are normal, weight-loss isn't linear.
Some questions for troubleshooting:
How long have you been stuck? Current weight and goal weight? How much are you eating? How active are you outside of exercise and are you exercising?2 -

^^^^^ This. Also, how long have you been losing and what was your calorie deficit?
Do you weigh all solids and semi solids and measure liquids?
Do you log everything?0 -
Eat off plan for a few days.. then go back on.. and exercise less. I bet you'll start losing again.1

To some extent, I think plateau-breaking tricks are just a way to pass the time, feeling like we're doing *something*, until the weirdness passes all on its own.
It would help to know the answers to questions others asked above. When following a consistent routine, something short (less than 3-4 weeks) and sudden (had been losing at a good rate, then it suddenly stopped) is more likely to be water weight weirdness of some kind, not an actual stall in fat loss.
If one had been losing super fast, or moderately fast for a long time, it can be stress (cortisol) related water retention, and eating around maintenance for a couple of weeks might have some impact (then go back to a deficit, maybe a more moderate one).
Other possibilities may be discussed here, in case you haven't already seen it:

Plateaus are awful. I was stuck on mine for about 6-8 weeks and I FINALLY broke it this past week. I slightly switched up my diet, I'm not sure if that did the trick or not.
I'm mostly a "routine" dieter. I eat similar, if not the same, foods weekly; but every few months I find some inspiration to switch things up. This month I have been adding fiber to my diet...Raisin Bran Crunch (it's also a nice treat for me!) and when I am at work, I have been snacking on carrots with guac or rice/corn crackers (Good Thins brand) with guac.
Who knows if this helped my body get past it's plateau or not, but just something I have done recently. I like to think it confuses my body, but it's probably just a mental trick for myself lol.
Either way, just keep going and don't let it get you down. It could take a few months even, but it will pass eventually if you are continuing to watch what you are eating and exercising.2
