The clean teeth diet

Wanted to share this with you lot.

I'm on holiday, well, I say holiday but I am having a staycation, or for our transatlantic offspring, a 'vacation at home' anyhow that's not that important, what IS important is that I didn't do any notable exercise last week, and ate a whole lot of rubbish (garbage) and so thought I better knuckle down and get the eating back under control this week.

Then today I went to the dentist for a scale and polish, tickled my gums and made me giggle like a girl in the chair but now I have a bright sparkly shiny set of nashers (teeth) and I am like "oh gosh these are so clean and shiny I don't want to eat anything, like ever"

so I am not eating for the rest of the day. and that is my new diet. only foods that will not stain my sparkling gum stones will be allowed into my mouth from now on.

    Sounds like a plan

Anything that makes you giggle like a girl and results in sparkling has my interest

Thoughtful of you to translate for our friends across the water
  • Only you Tinz can giggle like a girl and have great nashers as an end result! I like your thinking by the way, as my 'healthy living' has gone to pot trying to keep up with my Mum's drinking regime - sherry while cooking, wine with dinner, shots with conversation.....my poor teeth need to recover too!

Have a great holiday and get that fitbit working!!

    :D
