I’m trying to burn a bunch of tummy fat, any tips?

    Your body burns calories 24/7. You can't target fat loss thru exercise (or diet). Fat will come off where it wants to.

    Take in fewer calories than your body uses each day. Google TDEE (total daily energy expenditure)......eat less than this. When you eat at a calorie deficit, your body will use fat stores.
