Hi! I think I need some buddies so we can encourage each other on our journey.
I have > 100lbs to lose! I've actually lost a lot before, but I'm a stress eater and, let me tell you, a divorce is hella stressful. But I'm in a better place, both mentally (thank you therapy) and physically, so I'm back at it. I've done it once, I can do it again!
I will be doing low carb, no sugar, it's the only way of eating that actually works for me. I am not here to debate it and I will not be convinced by anyone's arguments.
My food diary is open to friends, although it will be pretty boring! I hope we can help each other reach our goals and get healthier together. ☺️

My diet is the exact opposite. Looking at 55% carb macro. But i dont complete the diaries anyways so feel free to add 😅0
