This weekend I ate HORRIBLY and drank like a fish. Gotta love family right? lol I know I do!
So I was probably having up to 3000 calories (I'm trying to stay between 1600 and 1700) and that was Friday and Saturday. Yesterday, I only ate 700 calories and was fine.
I choose to believe that it's my body naturally averaging out my calories and I think that's pretty cool
