Clean bulking

I am currently 135 lbs in good shape and I want to get really big while staying lean. I am currently eating in a 400 calorie surplus and I most eat very high protein high carb foods. Any tips?

    I am currently bulking too. It is a tough task to get big and stay lean. I am on a clean bulk to keep my bodyfat down as much as possible. Started on Oct 1 currently up 2 lbs and bodyfat stayed the same, so we shall see once the holidays get here :) Macros: 20% Fat 40% Carbs 40% Protein. This plan takes a little longer, but my cutting phase in spring will be only 6-8 weeks. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

    Also, try to consume at least 20 grams of protein every 3-4 hours this will help you with anabolism. And if you drink protein shakes, drink a casein shake before bed. Happy Bulking!

    By clean bulk I’m assuming you mean a lean bulk ?
    I’m currently lean massing but wouldn’t consider it a classic bodybuilding style clean bulk with the amount of junk food I’m consuming
