Started to log my meals this morning because I'm stuck. Male, 5" 8' and 195.
I'll make this short. Back in 2010 I was back from vacation and had put on 30lbs in 2 months. It was always easy for me to pack on the lbs and hard to get it off.

Approaching 250lbs I started to exercise. Running mostly with some machines at the gym. I've managed to get down to 200 on a few occasions, but would stall. Nothing I could do would get me under 200lbs. So I started to run more. Joined the local running club and met some great people and kept running.
I carry my weight well, but at 195 my knees are letting me know I'm too heavy. So here I am. I hope to get to 170lbs and hold it there. I've been at 195-200 since Feb, so I'm stuck.

Once thing I'm seeing from the logger already is I'm not eating near enough food. Yay! I'm gonna have to start packing it in more.

Well I'm here, and willing to learn and share. Please add me, I need a see what I'm not eating.
