30 day leg challenges

I am still recovering from a hip injury and need to be cautious when exercises. i am looking for a 30 day leg challenges that doesn't involve high impact jumping jacks or burpees and skates. I worry about doing too many lunges or squats in fear that I will worsen my hip laberal tear. Does anybody know of some simple leg exerices that work so i can design my own challenge? I am finishing up the 30 Day Ab challenge on Friday and will begin the 30 Arm challenge on Sunday, so I have a month to work on a leg challenge, and another month to heal.
