Stuck at 25 lbs off, but will make Goal in January

Started on 8/12/12. I've lost 30, gained 5. Was walking 4-5 days a week when I did not lift, but bad left knee(two surgeries in 2009) forced me to only cycle three days a week and lift two days. After 47 years of heavy Squats, Clean and Press, etc, I "wised-up" and lift lighter lbs-slow/high reps and strict form. Will lose 20 more by 60th in January. This journaling has been very useful. Goal is to be under 200 by January and keep it off. I do best staying in calorie deficit, but well hydrated.
