How do i increase my calories when lean bulking? I need 75 calories to get a 500 gram weight gain?
Do i increase them directly and wait until the next week te readjust or gradually for the whole week?
Or is there any other way?

Unless you are being measured in a research study - you have no ability to know how much of the surplus calories is going to building muscle, and how much is going to building fat.
You could make the surplus so minor that you actually don't get max muscle gains just to limit fat gains, or as you've probably heard of ones maxing out the muscle gains by gaining some fat.
You won't have an ability to know that line - so might as well either accept some fat gains, or suboptimal muscle gains.
Your choice.
Increase daily for a week at a time - but 75 calories is well below the amount of error in your logging - you won't be able to be that accurate in reality.1 -
Lean bulking is hard, there's a reason why a lot of body builders cycle bulking and cutting. A lot will depend on your genetics. If you build muscle mass extremely easily, you might have an easier time bulking while not adding a ton of calories, or you might have stubborn muscles that gain in strength easier than they do in size.
I married to someone freakishly strong who does a ton of lifting, but in the past year of major strength gains, he's lost 8lbs. Granted, everyone thinks he's put on muscle mass because he's so low fat that all of his muscles actually look bigger because he's so cut.
Suffice to say, there's no way to micro manage this as pp said. Just try a routine, see if it gets the results you want, if not, try a different routine.
Also be clear in your goals. If you want to be stronger, then don't worry about the size of your muscles. If you want to look more cut, then focus on cutting. If you want to look bigger but also cut, then you may have to start cycling bulking and cutting, which is a huge PITA, but it works.0
