    greetings healthy people. I am here to loose weight. my weight now is 200lbs. my goal weight is 185. I am a kinesiology major in college that was 14 years ago. I think I have hit a plateau I live in Montana. It is fall now so I walk every day I can while weather permits. pretty soon. It will be to cold to go outside. I will do my trampoline .then. I do yoga and kettle bells. I don't have a gym membership, so I will have to be creative as far as workouts go I also have a wealth of knowledge to help other that are struggling with the journey. Tips and such I have from years of being a personal trainer and lifeguard. I live in a town with no pool the closest pool is 80 miles away. I am going to find a way to get to that pool once a week. I have a friend her mother is 92 and she goes there to spend with her mother and I could ride with her and while she is visiting with her mom, I could get a workout in. yeah!!!!!! I am also getting a dog. My service dog died 2 years ago . I had her for 12 years .Her name was Brandy. I have been dogless for 2 years, A family in Bozeman is rehoming their dog. Her name is Harlow. I can have a walking buddy again. I will like that very much. I am looking forward to my weight loss journey. I don't understand what all the initials mean but I';; get it I'm a quick study. I have tracked my food on this app before I didn't loose any weight. I think I need to measure. on the scale. I don't understand macronutrients either. I looking forward to learning about that top to. Oh I'm 62 so I have that going for me It should be an interesting ride. Fasten your seatbelts folks it's going to be the ride of my life!
