Tiny, pettite and want to gain weight.

Eat more than you burn. Go through the guided setup, get a calorie goal, eat at least that many calories each day. If you find it hard to eat that much food, you can pack in the calories in your beverages - drink full-fat milk (dairy or otherwise), protein shakes, smoothies with peanut butter, etc.
If you also want to build muscle, focus on getting enough protein and start a strength-training regimen built for hypertrophy.1 -
Eat normally for three days. Log all your food consistently.
Eat more that the three day caloric average. Add anywhere from 250-500 calories per day. This will give you approximately .5-1lb gain per week.
Consider resistance training if not already with sufficient stimulus so you gain muscle/fat instead of just fat if that is your goal. Try target one gram per one lb of body weight of protein daily.
Universally works for any size/weight when done consistently and accurate to portions of food and activity level.1 -
