INTRODUCING MYSELF

I have been on a weight-loss for many years and finally reached my first goal weight during the pandemic and was very happy that I was able to do that! Now, I want to drop at least another 10 lbs. and be entirely comfortable in my skin and clothes! My weight fluctuates drastically over the course of a few days and I am disappointed that I can't seem to maintain any significant weight loss. It's not for lack of trying. Hoping that joining this group will help me to make this happen. Any advice, suggestions, ideas are most welcome.

    Hi ! Just started and already lost...
    I have a chronical disease and get lot of weight .
    I have a chirurgical operation 4 month ago and it's hard to do exercices.
    I have good musculation but a lot of fat. So I would burn my fat but don't know what to eat and White exercices could help me with my disease and my conditional health.
